Call Graph is still a beta software and things can go wrong once in a while. It has however been designed in a way that even if the PC crashes in between the recording, only a few seconds of the conversation will be lost. In case something does goes wrong, please do not hesitate to contact us.

It is truly heartening to see your efforts appreciated. Thanks to Andy for making us feel great about our work. :)

New Feature: Direct Upload

Sunday, March 29th, 2009

This is another way of uploading recordings to your account on Call Graph. Instead of using the client, you can use your browser to upload files. The files will be added to your account and you can order transcripts of it, share it, play it back etc. Click on the ‘Upload’ button in the sidebar of the uploaded records page, browse to the folder where your file is stored and select the file. A upload progress meter will appear and once its complete it should appear in your uploaded records page.

Try it out. Useful for ordering transcripts of recordings made with clients other than Call Graph or of edited podcasts. The rate charged will be our usual rate, $ 0.50 per minute of recorded audio.
